In this position, your main functions will be: You will be aiming to deepen business agility fundamentals and lean portfolio management concepts within the group, leading to a healthier relationship between the group and its business partners. You will help growing the Agile maturity of all group internal actors (teams, designers, product managers, the group management team itself) and work with the external group stakeholders to increase their awareness, acceptance and embrace of the group's Agile ways of working. Following a restructuring and the installation of a new group management team, you will be part of a team of Agile Coaches tasked to support the group during the second transformation and Lean/Agile maturity improvement phase which will start at the beginning of 2024. The group underwent an Agile transformation in 2019 and the first initial phase of this transformation process is now coming to an end. We are looking for a person that is highly motivated and passionate about business agility to become part of our agile transformation program. Your mission will be to coach, mentor and train teams and business partners on lean-agile practices in software development. This diverse group is comprised of up to 80 members, from 21 nationalities, including students, recent graduates, and experienced professionals. You will be working within the Controls Software & Services group (CSS), which provides a large user community with the remote controls required for the various installations. You will join the Beams Department, which provides CERN with the unique competencies required for the conception, design, survey, alignment, control, and operation of CERN’s particle accelerator complex.
